No, prior experience is not necessary. The horseback rides are designed for all levels. If it’s your first time, we recommend starting with a 2-hour ride.

No, there are no minimum or maximum age requirements. We adapt the rides to each person, and our guides are always attentive to ensure the comfort and safety of all participants.
3.- What is included in the horseback rides?
All rides include medical insurance and coverage throughout the excursion. Drinks and snacks or meals are also included, depending on the selected route.
4.- What clothing should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities. It’s important to wear long pants, comfortable boots or shoes, a hat or cap, and sunscreen. For more details on the ideal clothing, feel free to consult us before your ride.
5.- Is it possible to go horseback riding in winter?
Yes! Horseback rides are available year-round, and each season offers a unique experience. In winter, the snow transforms the landscape, and we invite you to enjoy the beauty of Mendoza from a different angle.

Yes, we offer family-friendly rides. Children under 12 can join shorter rides, always under the supervision of our guides.
7.- What should I do if the weather is not favorable on the day of the ride?
If weather conditions are unfavorable, we will contact you to reschedule your ride for another date. The safety of our visitors is our top priority.
